Dr. Bickler: You know our goal here is to take care of the person, not the tooth. And even though we recommend things that end up taking care of teeth, I think the most important thing overall is that we’re taking care of the person first and foremost. In that, our team is driven towards acquiring, asking questions, and building a general treatment plan that best fits people.

Man 1: From reception to the dentist, everybody is incredibly engaging, accommodating. They seem to be much more relational than transactional. And, Corey, especially, who likes to be called Corey instead of Doctor, I think, it sends a big message in terms of what he’s interested in regarding relationships with his clients.

Woman 1: The atmosphere as much as anything. There is camaraderie among the staff and the patients that puts you at your ease. Sometimes going to the dentist can be a little scary. I go back to the olden days when it was scary. Gosh, you don’t have that problem here.

Man 2: My experience with Dr. Bickler so far has been great. I can’t imagine you’d get a better experience anywhere else.

Woman 2: I’ve met with Dr. Bickler a couple times and I enjoy him. He’s a great dentist, and he has some new technology. He has a little bit more up-to-date technology with some of his techniques. I’m looking forward to having more work done.

Woman 1: It makes me not want to avoid appointments. I remember as a child a dentist I went to who just said, “Why are you crying?” And I was, you know, 5, 6. And I said, “It hurts.” He said, “You better stop.” And he actually slapped me. And that has stayed with me for years. Every time I had to go to the dentist I would just tense up. But since I’ve been coming here that has not been a problem.

Man 1: I wouldn’t have any hesitation about recommending this office to anyone. I was referred here by my neighbor who’s an oral surgeon, and it was a terrific referral. Nobody likes coming to a dentist for two reasons. Number one, they associate it with pain. Number two, they associate it with an assault on your pocketbook. Especially in retirement, knowing that someone’s going to look after you in a quality way and be respectful of the cost to you makes a big difference.
