The comprehensive exam was much more detailed and thorough than most dental exams I’ve had, but everything was explained in simple, easy-to-understand language throughout my visit. I really appreciated that because it gave me a clear understanding of how my teeth are doing and which areas need attention or repair. I was also impressed by the technology used throughout the exam. The equipment seemed very modern, and it was genuinely interesting to see what the different cameras and imaging tools could reveal. I especially noticed how much more comfortable the intraoral cameras and imaging process felt compared with what I remember from dental visits as a child. Both Heather at the front desk and Heather, the hygienist, were very kind, professional, and thorough throughout my visit. Overall, I left feeling informed and confident about the condition of my teeth and the next steps in my dental care.
