Dr. Buckler installed a crown for me. He took the time to explain the entire process which I really appreciated and it eased my anxiety. He was very patient and was not at all rushed to get through the process. I also appreciated that he kept me posted as to the time remaining with the drilling. It was really nice to have the whole process completed in the same appointment. There’s nothing fun about getting a crown, but Dr. Bickler and his assistant made it the best possible experience.

As someone who has dental anxiety and hasn’t had the best dental experience with other dentists I was a little nervous to try a new dentist again. Much to my surprise the experience with Dr. Bickler and his whole staff (who I interacted with) was so very comforting, supportive, informative and put me at ease. They were considerate not only of my insurance and the concerns I had but also took alot of time to show me and explain the status of my tooth (needed a crown). I had many questions before making a decision and Dr. Bickler took his time answering each one and explaining the process. Not only that they were able to get me in the next week for a same day crown! When I came back it was again the best experience I have ever had getting dental work. So much consideration for my comfort and ease. Carissa is an angel! I highly recommend Dr Bickler and his office. He is passionate about his work and it shows. I had the crown put on yesterday and today I’m already pain free and back to normal! 💯 I’ll be back for sure, thank you!
