I was a little anxious changing to a new dentist after over 20 years but the staff, Hilary not sure if I spelled her name correctly were great. Dr. Bickler also seems friendly and I will be coming back for sure.
This dental practice is friendly, professional, and thoughtful about the way they put their fingers in my mouth. They also are helpful in suggesting that I brush my teeth and generally keep crud from spending the nights in my mouth eating away at tooth surfaces. Bottom line is that there are many reasons that I have been going regularly to this office for 30+ years, and it is not just because they quit harassing me because I support the OSU Beavers. I put some weight in the fact that the Dentist does good work –especially making great fitting Caps to keep my teeth chewing food. Oh, and the staff gets an A++
